We were on our way to the airport for our Hawaii vacation and decided to drop by for breakfast. We ordered a bunch since there were six of us. I and my husband ordered coffee. Upon serving, we asked the staff for coffee creamer. We waited for like 10 minutes for the coffee creamer. I decided to stand and asked for coffee creamer before our coffee becomes cold but I was told to wait for he have to get the creamer from the box. We waited for like another 5 minutes because we understand that maybe they are under staff. Another staff came close to our table, we asked him for a coffee creamer nicely. But the staff that took our order heard us. He got mad maybe that he gave us 2 bowl full of coffee creamer and overthrown it on the table, that was rude. We felt insulted and discriminated.

It was a horrible experience we have had with my family! We ordered a bunch of food for breakfast coz we always loved the restaurant since we arrived here in US…unfortunately we were treated like animals with one of the crew! We only requested for a creamer for our coffee but it took over 20 minutes to get some . He grab a bunch of creamer and slam it on our table and we feel insulted! I will never ever visit this restaurant ever again!!

My waiter took care of my table excellently and the food was up to par. I enjoyed my experience overall. The only problem is waiting time due to short staffing and being outdated. Good for a quick stop, but not as a regular feature.

The app wasn't working for my late night birthday dinner and the waitress offered if the app wasn't working she would cover my birthday Slam which was so nice of her. That made the rest of my night with 10 minutes to spare tell Mid-Night that my birthday was over. Thx Dennys Waiter there needs to be more kind people out there like you.
