Worth the travel to shop here. We live in Phoenix/Tempe, but our Home Depot sucks. This one, however... This one has everything! Everything we need for painting, fixing, replacing, plants. They also have amazing customer service! Super welcoming atmosphere!

One of my favorite Home depot stores. Always helpful staff. I can usually get what i came in for plus more. Nice garden department. It could use more staff to help you with questions in this department. I would recommend this store, if you live nearby.

~$250 for a licensed plumber, not including the water heater. It's usually best to buy the heater through your plumber if you're going to hire one to install it; that way they're fully responsible for the product if there's an issue with the new heater (rare, but it happens). Call around. You may be surprised at the range of prices you get.
