I purchased a full detail inside and out for 180 bucks they are ghosting me wont answer my calls or let me schedule on the weekend. I have my receipt and im going to go to my bank for fraud. I also emailed the company and still no response.

This is what $50 and a tip gets you. I brought my truck in yesterday after a camping trip to be cleaned. I had brought it in a few other times over the past year and they would charge me $20, and they did an adequate job. This time the gentleman said that it would be $50 because of how dirty it was and that “prices went up after Covid.” It was somewhat dirty, but it is not like it was caked in mud. He justified it by saying that they hand wash everything. I asked to see a price list, but he said that they do not have one. I agreed to paying the $50 expecting that the truck would look really nice once it was done. I was wrong. I did not notice how bad of a job was actually done until I drove away. I inspected more once I got home and noticed so many places they missed or put no effort in. The pictures do not even do it justice. I am giving them two stars because the other few times that I was there was okay. It seems like I received worse service each subsequent time, however, leading to the job yesterday. I will not be coming back, as I could do a better job at a coin-operated place myself.

WORST CARWASH IN TOWN. IF NO STARS WAS AN OPTION THATS WHAT I WOULD HAVE LEFT. 1. QUOTED $30 TO WASH MY JEEP 2.TOLD THEY NEEDED 1 HOUR 3. CAME BACK AN HOUR LATER 4. JEEP WAS SET ASIDE THEY ARE BUSY WASHING ALL THE CARS THAT CAME AFTER ME ???? !!!! 5. I ASK WHY? 6. TOLD I WAS 30 MIN EARLY (NOT TRUE) 7. I ASKED HOW LONG THEY REPLIED THEY HAD NO IDEA 8. I SAY THAT WONT WORK FOR ME. 9. IM TOLD TO TAKE IT UNFINISHED AND PAY??!! AND HE SAYS ITS NOW $80 INSTED IF THE QUOTED $30!!????? 10. I REFUSE TO PAY FOR WORK THATS NOT COMPLETED & DOUBLING MY PRICE. 11. ASKED FOR MY KEYS WAS TOLD THEY DIDNT KNOW WHERE THEY WHERE. 12. I LOOKED AROUND FOUND THEM ON A PUSH CART. 13.TRYED TO LEAVE WAS BLOCKED IN BY 3 STAFF MEMEBERS REFUSING TO LET ME LEAV WITH MY PROPERTY HOLDING ME AND MY JEEP HOSTAGE . THEY BLOCKED MY JEEP IN WIT CUSTOMER CARS!!??? WTH?? 14. AFTER ASKING THE MANGER NICHOLAS KRAIG MULTIPLE TIMES TO CALL THE COPS .I HAD TO ASK A GENTLEMAN AT THE WASH TO CALL THE COPS FOR ME SO I COULD OBTAIN MY PROPERTY.
