I honestly tried to give them the benefit of the doubt considering it is hot outside however I had to cancel my membership. I waxed my car last week, I know exactly what is & isn’t on it. I found new scratches today after my wash. It also seems to be a regular thing to have smudge type marks on the interior As well as visibly debris after the vacuuming. The staff is very polite however the quality of service isn’t.

Awful. Just awful. Came to get my car detailed, to save some time with a one year old. They charge $200 and said it wouldn’t take more than 90 min. I thought, “great, I’ll go to some of the stores around and get some tasks done.” Did all of that and still over two hours later, waiting for my car to be finished. Actually went out of my way to get cash for a tip too….. SMH…. Should have listened to the ONE STAR reviews because that’s what this place really should be called. Update: guy detailing has left for over 20 min, been on the phone, and proceeded to take car of another car before finishing mine. Wish I can give zero

So I'm changing my review to five stars today Bell Auto spa really stepped in and help me out I didn't quite have all the money I needed and they're letting me go to the bank after my car is finished and come back and take care of my the rest of my bill which is very very sweet because not many places will do this I just want to thank you Bell auto spa for redeeming me with you guys you will have my business always and another FYI this mechanic who changes oils is definitely a kind man New Day on 12/3/2021 I just got to say thank you again Bell Auto spa you guys are awesome I'm only adding to this review because you guys are family oriented and I really like that and thank you for always taking care of my little red car Mable.

D-. Paid for the VIP service but not impressed. They didn't even clean the car. Door jams not wiped down, dirty console, and inside window not clean. The guy apologized and I waited any additional 10 minutes while they completed the job. I started to drive away and that's when I saw the windows were still dirty. Save your money and go somewhere else.
