Thanks to the exceptional services provided by Jonah in auto detailing who won me over as a more than satisfied customer, Jose who received me (took initiative to check in on the progress of my vehicle), and to Daniel who takes pride in doing what is asked of him while providing detailing services. This experience will have me looking forward to returning to Jacksons Car Wash in the near future! For those who have had a questionable experience at full service car wash centers, if your not happy with a service, respectfully speak up, and give people a chance to change your mind. I paid for a year of free washes. I would never do that again. It takes about 45-1hr average to get your car washed. The express wash takes priority and they keep pushing your car back. You sit in the heat hoping you’ll see your car soon and it never comes. There aren’t a lot of people working at the drying area. They are in no hurry to get your car to you and they miss so many details. I’m willing to go anywhere else to avoid this time killer for your weekend

Everything was fine, until the end when my car was finished. The older gentlemen asked me for my receipt and examined it, before letting me enter my car (fill in the blanks). This is my second time here. This did not happen the first time I had my car washed here. It also didn’t happen to anyone else as I delayed my departure to witness. It’s too bad, because I felt the customer service was great, until the very end, which made me feel discriminated. I absolutely won’t be back.

I paid for a full detail on my vehicle, only to get a partial detail. I asked what a full entailed and was told interior, exterior, and shampoo carpets with seats. I paid close to $200.00 and left my car for 8 hours to pick it up not fully detailed. I called to ask what I paid for and come to find out a $200 full detail does not include cupholders, windows, dashboard, or side panels. The rear window was not cleaned and my front window was partially cleaned. Only one side of my dashboard was wiped down and the other half was partially done. It was not worth $200.00.

Worst car wash in town
No, no, no. They did a terrible lazy job on mine, I paid for the premium interior detail and it was horrible.
Terrible -- The works and the floor mats were not done and the under door of tailgate as dusty as ever -- never again
