Lenny worked with my daughter and I to get the vehicle she wanted. At first, you know the drill…..”can’t budge from this price”. Well, it didn’t fit our budget so we left, however Lenny came out to our car just before we were to leave and we worked a deal that fit her budget. The finance guy, James was very knowledgeable and easy to work with as well. Overall the experience was good, but I think they need to give everyone a legend explaining things like….”five minutes, means 30”. 10 minutes means 45. Extra. Holly Cow, a 2 hour purchase turned into a five hour ordeal. I think it’s the car business in general. Be innovative and change it please. Probably my only gripe. Other than that they were very nice and it worked out in the “ long run”.
