The only complaint is the app, for someone that wants to order for the first time, is not a user friendly, it's a little confusing, I made a order for delivery and never received I waited 1 hour and I guess got confused and I'd made it for Carrie out 😁

The performance was kind of poor straight away. Customer service was kind of standoffish, I didn't see a menu so I was thrown off by my selection. I had two pizza orders, the first order was pretty good but the second order wasn't as I had ordered a Meat Lover's pizza with extra sauce, which there was no extra sauce! Afterwards the person with whom I ordered the two pizzas from, hand delivered the pizzas while I was waiting in my car, I thought that was good of him! I've got mixed reviews of this Pizza Hut! Probably won't be going back to this establishment! Thanks for listening! 🙄

I ordered 2 pizzas and breadsticks from my rewards. Pickup was for 6 pm and I came by to check on the status around 545. My name was at top of the list and was being prepared. I waited for over an half an hour just to be told they lost my order! Wait 20 more minutes or refund my $. I chose the latter and angrily went to papa murphys. I missed the new flaming pizza!!

Got my pizza delivered in a timely manner. Was still hot. I like the seal on it when they deliver. I usually order online and prefer it that way since I can earn rewards for free bread sticks, wings, and pizza. Better than dominos.
