Pizzas are burned past all flavor, missing toppings, cold upon delivery. I always tip but recently I realized my credit card wasn't processing them. It's possible they are punishing "non tipping" customers this way. I live one mile from the store and noticed the delivery guy hanging out for 15 minutes before delivering my cold pizza. I won't use this location again.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I have been ordering from this domino's for almost 10 years and I have never had horrible service from here, until tonight. I called around 8 and was told I would have my order in 30-40 minutes so at 9:15 I called to see where my order was at since it had been an hour and I was told my pizza was out for delivery. By the time I actually got my order, it had been almost 2 hours since I placed my order. The pizza was cold, the order was wrong and my order was missing an item I ordered. I ended up calling them to complain and they said they transferred me to a manager but it sounded like a teenage girl on the phone. Everybody sounded like they were partying in the background talking really loud, the guy on the phone couldn't even hear me when i made the order and had me repeat myself multiple times instead. I was told they have been super busy solid for 4 hours but they had no remorse or anything when I told them that they should let people know they're busy, the wait time will be longer and give people the option to do carryout. I ended up driving to another domino's that is about 3 miles away from my house and getting pizza that was actually hot and what I ordered which I was trying to avoid loading my kids in the car to go do. I ended up getting refunded after screaming at the "manager" but Needless to say I will not be ordering from this domino's anymore going forward

Community Alert: So I was just assaulted by a dominos employee... she was being verbally aggressive with an older woman... and I asked her , politely, “can you take your tone down please, you are yelling and she doesn’t need you speaking to her Ike that. She’s a human being”. She quickly progressed to getting aggressive, telling me to leave and never return. I said calmly that I wasn’t going to oblige rude tones. She called me racial slurs, tried to grab my food from my hands, put her hands on me, grabbed a sharp instrument and brandished it at me, had her male employees try to push me out of the store and generally acted no better than she should be. Don’t go to the downtown Dominos, they are racist, abusive and act unacceptably..I am so tired of wite folx putting their hands on Black people and thinking it’s ok. It’s not ok. She has also offended the Muslim community and called other Black folx slurs as well. This is a pattern of behavior... and it’s violent and unacceptable. Yes. I plan to seek legal council... this cannot be allowed to stand

Ordered online and timing is just wait. Pizza was done and cut as requested. Price is very reasonable, pizza taste great imho. For a little bit cost more than the other $6 pizza guy, I prefer Domino over the other guy... Domino has more choice as well...
