I was having a problem with my frames I bought months ago. I had heard that Jackie from Bellingham was in Burlington. She had helped me many times before. I went to Burlington and Jackie once again fixed the frames! Thank you Jackie, you are amazing!

It's best if you do, though they do take walk-ins when available. 😀
The doctor is separate from costco but keeps hours between 10-6 Monday thru Friday and 10-4 Saturdays. He does take the occasionally day off to attend conferences so call ahead to check his schedule.
The doctor is a different business from costco but does do full exams.
If you have never purchased through Costco, then you will need to bring in a valid prescription to order.
