Words cannot describe the experience I had here at KarMART Volkswagen! I am over the moon with my 2017 WRX Limited and Joe, Sarah, and Ben made the process easier than I could have ever imagined. Joe was very helpful to answer and questions we had about the car, Sarah was very informative regarding our current insurance and how we could improve - for less :), and Ben was very kind, hilarious, and informative regarding all financing tips, tricks, and life advice. I purchased a 2006 Nissan Frontier in December. I was very impressed with the help I received from the staff. I asked about the history of the vehicle and they did not hesitate to get on the computer and get all the info they had. The salesman was very polite and courteous and gave good advice. They even washed it for me before I took it off the lot. I would highly recommend them

Fast and super friendly service, my wife and I walked in with an idea of the car we wanted but we were still un sure of options we would like in a car. 3 hrs later we drove out with the perfect vehicle to fit our needs. This was truly a no pressure sale. I will definitely make the trip back to them for our future VW needs. The only criticism I have is the car was not washed well enough and in fairness I am very picky when it comes to that so I washed it myself when we got it home. I will happily trade a slightly dusty roof for the kind of service we received.
