Horrible cook! How do you mess up tacos? So burnt there wasn’t any filling. The cook cussed out my husband when I asked for new ones. And Last time I came here I got charged for some one else’s order it was $35 when mine was only $9. And they didn’t even know how to refund it so nothing got done about it. Prescott AZ Location

This is BY FAR the absolute WORST jack in the box I've ever been to. They rarely get the order right.. they always forget something and they don't know the difference between diet soda and regular. I gave 2 stars because they have some new staff and my last order wasn't messed up. Hopefully they improve.

We probably won't be back to Jack in the Box. The service was fine and the employees seem to be okay. But the food was so substandard. The food was cold. The burgers don't taste like real beef. Our shakes were a strange texture, lots of bubbles and powder-like. The only thing that was sort of warm was the curly fries. We won't be back, the food products are not like they used to be. Unfortunately we had gone through the drive thru. Tried to go back but the lobby is locked due to COVID. There was a car sitting in the drive thru visiting with the girl at the window. So we ate what we had. Cold sandwiches that should be hot, lukewarm fries and powder-like shakes. Shame on you Jack in the Box!

Quality control is no more at this location! Check your food at pickup! We ordered these new patty melts while visiting a Phoenix location, which we all really enjoyed. Last week, this location in Prescott near home, provided us two patty melts on dry, "not toasted" bread, and served with a cold hamburger patty. A week later we try our luck again with these melts. Same results, one melt was barley toasted and the second melt wasn't toasted and didn't include onions. We all expect better quality control based on current prices! No more Jack in the Box for us. Sad!
