Smaller location. People are nice. However they could not find what I needed nor could they recommend a place to go to find it. I needed a USB to video camera to upload my photos. The sales associates did try and suggested the in store geek squad. Could not wait, line and appointment time too far out with only one geek on the desk.

I had been searching all across Prescott and PV that day, looking for a specific phone model. Not only found what I wanted but I even found it with the high specs I wanted, and no bloatware. Thanks Best-Buy! I'll never buy a phone through a carrier again :)

I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted and Jorge was eager to help and once he recognized that I knew what I wanted he didn't try to upsell me in anyway, he listened and was pleasant and helped me get exactly what I wanted in a simple honest way. Our television decided to quite & didn't give a 2 wk notice. So after searching on the internet we went to Best Buy. Found what we wanted, bought it & home we went. By the way Best Buy was less money than the other stores. Employees answered our questions and I enjoyed the no pressure of buying the TV.
