To Go order was perfect, and they honored my special instructions. Pick up area is at the bar. Chocolate wave cake is delicious! (Curbside was not available this Saturday evening. There was really no room anyway with cars parked on both sides of me.)

This place has been ok... 6 months ago. We ordered take out/curbside pickup. After waiting for almost 40 minutes I finally went in to see what's up. Pretty much every employee I saw appeared to be frazzled, tired and running around as if the place was on fire or something! This was a Monday night, usually a slow night, but there were at least 20 people in the lobby waiting to get seated. It seems these days it's hard to find people who actually want to work. Maybe that's part of their issue. When we finally got our order it was cold...and small! We ordered two bowls of soup salad and calamari. The calamari was ok but the thirteen dollar salad we ordered...,that we were planning on sharing, was about the size and quality you'd see from some fast food restaurants! We're not giving up on them...yet. Maybe there's bad management and staffing problems currently. I'd say for the time being if you're in a hurry or extremely hungry I would look elsewhere.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! The food was awesome as always but my waitress was beyond awesome. She was there every time I needed something, she gave extra stuff, she went to management to get even more help, my goodness she was great! I wish I remembered her name and she was cute also. Pic is just my leftovers as I was so excited I forgot to get pic when I was served. I will be back!

Haven't been to a Red Lobster in years! Happened to be near this one so thought I'd give it a try. Host, Michael was very kind and helpful. The place could use an interior revamp. Surprisingly my Salad was fresh and well put together. The Cheddar Biscuits are as delicious as always! The Sailors Platter which comes with Garlic Shrimp Scampi, Popcorn Shrimp, and Fried White Fish plus Two Sides (I got Salad and FF) was just OK. I asked my server if I could have double the Scampi instead of the Popcorn Shrimp, She said she thinks it'll be ok, no mention of an upcharge! I found out when the check arrived that it's $3 more! Should've told me that before I ordered! $17 for this lunch Platter, check the photo! And it wasn't that good! The Shrimp Scampi was undercooked, but I ate it anyway, the best part of that platter was the French Fries-spot on! Fish wasn't bad, just a bit chewy except in the middle. I'm not sure if I'll be back anytime soon.
