They had the part I needed and were professional and courteous when I arrived. Only issue was placing the online order (didn't get filled on time), but that might be the fault of the O'Reilly online ordering system and not the store. Definitely my first place to look when no one else near my house has a part I need .

Depends on how busy they are at the time of your visit. Most O'Reilly's I go to will go out of their way to help their customers.
