Initially very excited to try a new burger joint on our quest to try a new one each road trip down I5. TLDR: unfriendly staff and incorrect orders Well, first we were had a very unwelcoming greeting of "You know your order?". Well happy 4th of July to you too older woman. I asked for a menu as their " menu board " is printed on plain paper in 11 size font. Reading that from the passenger seat is a bit much to visibly show your frustrations of a minor inconvenience of reaching over to hand me a printed menu...of the same 11 don't size on a printer paper. During ordering we asked for no cheese on both burgers. This was then repeated back to us. It went exactly like this. "No cheese on both of those please" "No cheese on both?" "Correct no cheese" We were still handed cheese burgers. Had to kick back on the order window to get their attention then given grief in the form of "well then keep those ones" in a very snarky attitude. Waited around another 10 mins and it was brought out by one of the younger gals whom was very apologetic and nice about it. Then the poor girls who work there started to get yelled at. . . . Yikes.

The food is really good but I'm disappointed that I specifically asked for no pickles or onions and got a thick layer of each anyway. I even saw the worker write the request down. Please speak clearly to the workers, maybe repeat it, because I'm luckily not allergic to these items. However they're rather strong flavored, even after being scraped off. I'll still occasionally visit but will be making it very clear of what I want, and will be checking it, before I pay or leave.

I paid $70 for three meals! Insanely overpriced, and definitely not worth it. I get that inflation forces the hand of businesses, but both Bill & Bea’s and Harold’s have better food at lower prices.
