This is my apartment at Bridgewood right now of 4-14-22 my ceiling has been like this since the middle of November of 2021, i keep getting told they’re going to have someone come fix it next week and the week after that and still has not been done!! But my rent went from $770 w month to $841 when they haven’t even fixed my ceiling. Very disappointing and sad how they treat their residents!!!

Not sure how many people actually look at these reviews, but I thought I should post one just in case before anyone else wastes their time in looking at this property. I cannot describe to you how poorly this building is managed. I looked into the online reviews before and saw the bad experiences others have had with the leasers. But, with me trying to be optimistic as well as a college student trying to find affordable housing, I took the benefit of the doubt (as I found some promising reviews from years past). Definitely my mistake for thinking they’d hold up to the positive reviews. The leasers are very deceitful and will take advantage when they can with new “potential” renters as well as people who have not had a lot of experience with rentals. Going to this apartment showing was by far the most complete waste of time I have ever had (along with a waste of money as they swooned me out of $400 because they intentionally misinformed me of the pre-lease document... which I’m assuming was because I’m new to renting so they saw an opportunity). If you really need cheap housing, I would suggest Turning Leaf apartments. I won’t be renting there, however, I did have a showing there as well. They were very upfront about everything and helpful. Don’t give the management of Bridgewood Estates more money than they should have.

We had an excellent experience at Bridgewood. Apartments were well kept up and the area is great if you want to live in Sioux Falls. I would recommend for sure.

I moved here in 02/14 and have to say this is a very nice complex the green area is well maintained the pools are cleaned daily and problems are handled quickly. The property is now managed by Theis&Talle. The people on staff are friendly and out going. I had Knee Surgery and could not get up and down the stairs easily and I received a package the office staff brought it to my apartment, overall this is a great place to live.
