Vary friendly.... Not over priced will be back if I ever need them again but they helped me setup so I shouldn't have to.

I have to send a huge thank you to Travis Gagnier and his team for their hard work on my bankruptcy case in getting it discharged. Travis Gagnier and his team is tremendous when it come to helping people out of a jam. They help me I am truely grateful. I can say they was God sent. If you are needing a very good bankruptcy attorney, he is your man. Just give him a call if you just have a question about a debt situation, he will advise you the correct direction in which you should take.

Great place, great staff. They stopped a garnish right away for me, got my license back right away. They knew what they were doing and got all my creditors from the credit reports. Very helpful with questions. Attorney Travis was very understanding, good in court and the paralegals were super nice, too. I highly recommend and send my coworker there for help.

Very unorganized I fold bankruptcy over a year ago I've been paying $200 a month in repayment plan come to find out all the while I've been paying them they haven't even cleared my debts from alliance one which I was told would happen time and time again. When I call to complain they laugh at u like it's a joke they don't call back in a good matter of time. Not to mention I was told if I didn't like the service I could be discharged as a client and go back to square one. AFTER I've already paid and everything . This company is scam artists and they make your situation way more stressful. I do not recommend anyone to Travis Garnier and associates.

I am available anytime to discuss your experience. Chapter 13 is and was the best option for you. With the taxes and small amount of dischargeable debt, filing a 7 is waste of money. You had paid for the 13 and now you are going to pay someone else to do another case when all you needed to do was finish the plan that was set up (and that you had paid for).
Most likely. Writing off a debt has no legal significance. It just means that particular creditor is not actively collecting it currently. And, like you thought, it probably means it sold the debt to a collector or placed it for collection.
