I had a car accident recently and my insurance company referred me to Enterprise. From the beginning the service was professional and accommodating. The day I was to get my car the offfice had a snag of getting cars for the customers as they had no cars returned the night before. Jeremy the Assistant was very apologetic and gathered cars for each of his customers. We were in and out quickly and again the service was exceptional. I called Jeremy to inform that my car was ready and he informed me to drop off at collision center. Jeremy called me to let me know I left my school book as I had left it in my returned rental. Jeremy dropped it off at my sons work. Now that is awesome customer service. Thank you Jeremy and the team at Dagsboro Enterprise. Will definitely use you again and recommend you for your outstanding service. 👍

I recently rented a car from Matt at Enterprise in Dagsboro, DE. The entire process was easy and I felt completely at ease with their processes in the current Covid environment. The car was clean and I was able to rent the vehicle without entering the office. I was on my way in minutes. Returning the car was equally simple. Again, the process took only minutes and I was on my way. I will definitely use this Enterprise location again. I would give them 6 stars if that was possible.

I rented a car at another state and planned to drop it at this location. I called the place asking they pick up the car. They came on Monday as they promised to pick it up. Matt the manager, what a wonderful person. Sorry, for Matt for giving you a hard time asking when the car will be picked up. I am happy customer.

Excellent service!! I needed to come a few hours early so they got me another vehicle at no extra charge, even though I'm pretty sure it was an upgrade. The vehicle was clean and just about had a full tank of gas. The next day when I was about an hour late dropping off, they were kind enough to waive the late fee due to the circumstances, so I was very thankful. It was my first visit there, but I plan to rent regularly (though don't plan to be early or late again)!
