The clinical instructors should have stepped in my hair looks TERRIBLE !!! Got charged an insane amount of money for them to DESTROY my hair the toner looks terrible and is SO SPOTTY… I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE… THIS IS A SAME DAY PHOTO !!! Was there from literally 9am till 2:30 FIVE HOURS.. This may be a harsh review but more then one instructor came by and saw what was happening and not ONE stopped to try to fix it they just kept telling her what to do EXCEPT ONE MRS. LAURDLE (probably spelt her name wrong) WAS LITERALLY THE ONLY ONE WHO WAS NICE,PROFESSIONAL, AND HELPFUL!!!

I went for the Queen for the Day special which is a mani, pedi, facial, conditioning treatment and blow out. The student was very nice but the mani and pedi were extremely subpar. In fact, the manicure was down right terrible. My cuticles were not cut and the nail polish was old and clumpy. The polish with uneven and painted on my skin both hands and feet and my fingers were chipped and peeling before I left. This was my first facial I’ve had and it was relaxing. My hair was a little wacky when I left. I know she is a student but I good for a better job. Overall very, very disappointing. I won’t go back.

My service was amazing, they did such a great Job. The school makes you feel at home and very comfortable. Marie is so sweet and has done an amazing job on my hair. I can’t say enough good about this place. She had her hands full with the mess my hair was in and did great and fixing it.

Chris was my stylist. She had her hands full with the mess I was left with from another person. She did an awesome job correcting my color. Very personable. Everyone here is so nice and friendly. The prices are amazing ! They offer a full range of services. Definitely coming back for the pampering ! Thanks 😘
