Rules were different with every life guard. (One life guard let any size kid ride the frog slide, one only let smaller kids. One lifeguard let my son ride the slide by himself the other made him have a parent ride and another made me wait at the bottom. Even though he met the height requirements) and they made it difficult for patents with multiple kids even though my son knows how to swim but wears a life jacket for safety. Also they allowed kids in the shallow area to hurt the little kids and even though there was complaints did nothing about it.

I'd get here at least 30 min before the doors open if you want to get in.....and get a place to sit. Hardly any shade so bring lots of sunscreen. We make a day of it, we bring food & drinks and stay til they close. We love it here !

Great pool! I had a very fun time with my best friend there. Even though there was a line, it passed very quickly :)

No
Yes. Please note however, there are a large quantity of chairs available for seating already.
Also there are a ton of lockers in the bathroom just need your own lock I think. I always leave it covered and have been just fine
We brought our own so I am not sure if they have them they have some noodles and other play toys but I am not positive on the on the jackets
Less than 5 dollars.
There is hardly any shade at all, I'm not sure if you can bring pop ups. But yes, you can bring your own food & drinks in.
Yes
Walk ins welcome
No, You don't have to buy tickets, but there is a fee to enter and you also have to make a reservation online in advance or else you're not allowed to go right now due to covid restrictions and obviously the heat wave. You sign up for your 1-hour swim session and then you have to get out at the end of that hour but the pro is that the pools are not crowded at all because of the limited access
It is but you have to reserve a spot online for an hour slot. It's also $4 for adult non-members.
They will list the openings on Portland Parks and Rec page. They probably don't have number listed due to it being part of the high school and not rec center
They already closed
12 is usually the age that kids can swim alone in the leisure pool
Yes
They are punch cards so it let's you go a certain number of times instead of any number in a given time
I think they do privates after the pool closes.
No. Not until June 18th. The pool is only open during public school summer break. https://www.portlandoregon.gov/parks/61027
18 to 59..5.50 each swim..youth 3 to 17 4.50 each swim. 2 and under free. you can also buy a 10 swim card..which saves a bit if you will go a lot.
2 and under free. 4.50 age 3 to 17..5.50 adult.
Website says 6pm
Attire says appropriate swim wear. If you want to wear short, I'm certain no one will tell you you cannot.
$5-$8 each
Most public pools are closed, you can call and ask the info desk, but I'd say they'll be closed for the holiday.
The phone said, $5.50 for adults 18 and over and $4.50 for kids. Kids under 2 swim free.
There is a large picnic table you can reserve for parties. Has an umbrella over it too (when they open).
No, there is no 50 meter training there.
The Wilson pool doesn't open until school is out in a couple of months. Its way to cold anyways :D
Closed for the season. The only outdoor pool open this weekend is Grant High School
It's closed since August 25th
