This is a wonderful little diamond in the rough if you have kids and it's a rainy day. A very small library, has a separate room designated for all the kid books, and it's usually not busy. In the kids area there are also quite a few puzzles, a train set, and sometimes coloring pages to keep kids busy for an hour or so. It is also very close to a park which makes a nice full outing. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Nope! No forms to fill out. West Slope Community Library gladly accepts donations of books, CDs, DVDs, and other materials. Because of limited space, donations must meet certain criteria and we can only accept 1-2 boxes/bags per household at a time. You can select a filter on the left side of the results page to limit your search results to items that are available at West Slope Community Library. You can find recommendations from library staff in the online library catalog at www.wccls.bibliocommons.com--- recent staff lists display at the top. Also in our online catalog, you can follow West Slope library staff accounts, like Westslope_theah or Westslope_adults to see updates on your library account dashboard when you log in. You can also browse new titles, awards, and bestsellers under the "explore" button in the blue menu at the top of the page.
