I have been doing business for over 25 years. Manheim in general is the worst place to do business or to partner with. Employees are rude, not qualified to even be selling Hotdogs Sandwiches! I have lost thousands of dollars because of their negligence. They lose titles. Never trust their CR report. They will fine you for the mistake they do. The list of problems you will have goes on and on when you do business with those people. I am using my real name here so they will know that this review is from a real business. and at least this time they will not be hanging up the phone on me to avoid solving my problems with them. NO MORE BUSINESS WITH MANHEIM. there is a lot of other auctions that you can buy from and make money. Try CarMax or even Adesa.

Never come here but when I do it's a terrible experience, the 2 women at payment counter are not very nice and basically didn't help me at all, I had to call a number to another auction location and they helped me with what this auction couldnt.

Picking up cars here is not fun at all. Thr only auction in so cal with no jump boxes. They have a key room where no one is really there and makes getting your purchased vehicle to your dealer lot almost impossible. There's a cafeteria where the food is pretty good. The office staff are good people and helpful.

Good place to go if you are looking for a job for the day. You get paid in cash driving cars through for the auction, however, a valid CDL is required. Get there early to guarantee work. Wednesdays in Anaheim, Thursdays in Fontana. About 100 driver's are needed on each day. An easy 70 dollars for 4 hours work.

I would suggest taking the time to speak to our dealer services who will answer all your questions.

You need to clear the debt or make other arrangements. Carefully. They are sharks. Pick up is free.
Yes, but you can't sell it retail.
The only one making money in used cars are finance companies and auctions. There is no room for small to midsize dealers anymore. The fees and extra certification fees are outrageous on top of what the floor price for units are. I’m very close to closing down my dealership. The vehicles are sold over book because it’s no longer local business.
Yes if you or someone have their license they can go onto the OVE site and some cars offer the Buy Now option
It would say on the paperwork time of purchase
You have to show proof that you can drive and provide a picture ID drivers license
You have to have a lot no way around it

No you can't
To buy at Mannheim auctions you will need to be a licensed auto dealer. As a consumer it's worth paying a little extra from a reputable dealer to ensure that your vehicle is safe and operating properly.
A current dealers license is required too purchase vehicles at this auction
