The massage itself & ambiance is nice but the employees pretty much are demanding of a big tip from every customer. After tipping $5 for a $25 mini session, I got the nastiest attitude & look from the employees . This has happened several times which makes customers (on a extremely tight budget,) like myself, not want to go back. Hope the employees here read this. Tipping is an optional courtesy, not priority!!. Some ppl cant afford to be a big tipper. I got looked at like I gave them something obscene. :( Turned my entire experience around every time

I’ve only been here twice, and both times were amazing. True deep tissue massage. I only tipped $40 the first time after having a 90 minute body massage and I felt like I was being cheap mind you it only cost $65. I got a 2 hour massage today and omg, I tipped $70 to make sure I was showing them my appreciation. My massage therapist Nancy was great, went in strong, and ended strong. I felt like I was getting beat up good, the bruising, elbow pressure on all my aches, and to top it off, she didn’t hit my spine or underside of knee caps. Other places might be able to apply strength, but usually hit bone or sensitive areas. I’ve used Soothe in LA, been to multiple massage envy’s throughout San Bernardino county, and even bobs chiropractor in Long Beach , and got to say that traveling down the hill from Victorville was worth the trip. It makes me wonder if these girls are working out next door to beat up the boys. Lol. I’ll definitely be coming back. I recommend 90 min to 2 hours, if you feel the first 10 min aren’t good, speak up. I went in prepared to complain if I wasn’t getting deep tissue massage. Then again, I was ready to tip up front if they could guarantee deep tissue massage. I’m just tired of other massage places where you get hit and misses depending on the day.

Love this place. Great service and reasonable prices. Clean facility and very nice employees. Took direction well during massage. Would recommended if in need of deep tissue massage.
