We own many pieces from Dania and couldn't be happier. The delivery service manager played a particularly important part of our latest purchase. We were very concerned about the delivery success of a king bed frame. Our home was built in 1913. After speaking with him I felt like we could move ahead with our plans. Now, looking at this gorgeous piece in our bedroom I'm glad we did.

Dania is always a great store, all the folks were great with the exception of one detail. My chair came in after about 3 months. I paid the balance ($1000) and took chair home. no worries. Two weeks later my other chair was near arrival. A women, Laura I believe, called and said I could have the chair this Thursday or next. I said this Thursday, see you then and ill pay the balance ($1000). She said that is not how they do it,. You must pay now , on phone, for the Thursday pickup. I said just two weeks ago I paid balance at pickup what has changed? No, this is our policy. So I paid. Not too big of a deal but I got the impression I was being played, possibly for commission.

Had a great experience with Dania - they were super communicative, and also very helpful and patient when I called every other day to see if my ottoman was in yet even though they had emailed and called me to let me know the time window already. LOL Overall very pleased with my furniture and my experience with all staff. Even the man who helped put it in my car went out of his way to provide excellent service. Highly recommend!

Dania in Portland has a great selection, amazing quality and super friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. No pressure, just great guidance. After spending an hour trying out different chairs, we made a custom order of two Admiral chairs that were delivered to the store and ready for pickup on time and perfectly prepped.
