Update: My experience with their customer service was mixed. They are receptive to schedule your container and service according to your needs, but be sure to read your contact thoroughly before signing. Plans change and in the contract it states you may be subject to a $300 termination fee. I called less than 24hrs after scheduling and a week prior to the service start date and was told I needed to provide notice via email and would be subject to the cancellation. It was only after I left a bad review that they called me back to say that they *might* be able to waive the cancellation fee *if* they found another renter and If I would take down the bad review. The service rep also seemed confused as to why I was critical of them when, in his words, they hadn’t provided a service yet.. which is exactly the point being a $300 cancelation fee before any service had really been conducted and the cancellation fee was never discussed during the initial coordination or even when I called to cancel. Sorry, but in my book that does constituent piss-poor customer service. They were more concerned about getting a bad review and were almost belligerent in insisting I take it down. Perhaps they should look at being upfront and not have absurdly high hidden fees. Proactive customer service is always more effective than retroactive approaches. Also, note the email for correspondence is not evident on their website but I found it on page two of the contract. In the end, they did waive my cancellation fee, and I will concede to the experience being average which is being generous — though admittedly it was in the contract. So read the fine print before signing.

Fantastic moving service! They were very responsive and flexible, and they made the moving process so easy. If you need to move, use UNITS!

Great stuff and communication normally! Today. I did not feel like I received the service I was accustomed to. I think we both were a little off our games, as I was impatient and Dan miscomunicated with me as he was covering for someone else. It worked out and I was able ro meet my deadline. My wife and I just had our floors refinished and needed a place to move our furniture for the two-week job. I called up Viden at Units and he delivered a storage unit right on time. It was so clean and beautiful that my children wanted to move into it and were disappointed when we told them they couldn't. When the floors were finished and we emptied out the box a few days earlier than anticipated, Viden was able to change the pick-up date and give us our much-needed driveway back. Excellent service from a local company. Kudos all around.
