First time coming here and definitely my last. Walk ins are only allowed until noon which is slightly frustrating if you are just coming to pick up glasses but that's not why I'm rating two stars. After I placed my order, it took about three weeks for my glasses to come in. But the glasses I picked up were not the same frames I had picked out. When I said something, the doctor said they were the right frames and left it at that. So I tried them out for a few days thinking, maybe they just look funny because my hair was up or because I wasn't wearing makeup. But no, they are 100% not the frames I picked because I wouldn't pick frames that make me look like Harry Potter, I hate them so much. So I call them today to kindly let them know I wasn't happy with my glasses as I still don't believe they were the frames I picked and the doctor gets on the phone and tells me the same thing, these are the frames I picked and if I want new ones I have to pay for another pair. All I want is to exchange my glasses for the ones I actually picked and that's not an option. I feel like I've been robbed, I was so excited for my new glasses and now I'm stuck with something I'll never wear. I don't know when or how the frames got mixed up, but I know for sure I didn't pick these.

If I could give 0 stars I would, this establishment is incredibly unprofessional and it took over 8 weeks for my glasses to come in when they told me it would be 2-3 weeks. They failed to tell me the "lab" was closed for a period of time which is who creates the glasses. I get out on hold for over 10 minutes EVERY time I call.

The staff has never been mean the receptionist is a sweet old lady the optometrist is a sweet old man all the stuff there's very friendly and very patient I'm willing to help you with whatever you need. Some of the lead times on their pairs of glasses look because of covid but that's out of their control. I've never had a bad experience like some of these reviews are saying and I've been going to them for 13 years.

I'm very satisfied with the service that I have received as a patient here over the years. The doctor and staff are friendly and professional. I have never experienced anything close to what some of these others have. My glasses always fit correctly and I feel like any time I have a question the staff is helpful in finding the answer. Sometimes the waiting area is busy, but I don't think that's worth taking off a star.
