The Seattle office is terrible. You make an appointment for delivery and they give you an 8 hoYouur window. wait around all day and no one shows only to find out your delivery that day was canceled and no one called or emailed to let you know. First they cancel then they cant be bothered to call and reschedule. Terrible company, terrible customer service, terrible communication. Stay away from this one.

We have been using Saia for years. they were fast, reliable and cheaper then most shipping companies. But recently their service has gone down hill majorly. We ended up switching carriers due to issues we were having, they were quoting us one price and charging us another. I decided to use them the other day for a small shipment and they totally lost my shipment. How can you just loose a shipment? its on your truck, it has a tracking number how do you loose it? Do not use them if you want to keep your shipment
