This experience has been the worst I have ever encountered - they were so unprofessional and nasty that I left upset and in tears. I will be reporting them to customer care on Monday. I should have known by the 2.1 rating this was the service I would be receiving. Many of the my colleagues had said to stay away but I had gone previous times and they were pleasant. I really emphasize to all not to go here. They will not treat you with dignity only harshness especially if you are a little older.

Rudest, non helpful staff I have ever experienced. Gave me a covid test and left the room for me to do it myself. Spoke down to me and refused to assist with anything. RUDE RUDE RUDE. I will never return to this location and I get tested regularly

Made a 10:30 apt got called in at 11 to be told I hadn’t purchased the test correctly, no one could assist with the website, and that I needed to basically figure it out. Well the website is delightful and because I had been waiting for so long my apt disappeared and I couldn’t make another for the location I was in. So I could not purchase a test for that location (that I had made an appointment for). Annoying system and essentially was told I’m sol. Go to the Hazlet location they are much more helpful

I was very nervous to take my 7 month old to get blood drawn. The staff at this location were kind, caring and professional. The facility is clean and welcoming. Sophia did an amazing job working with my son while her coworker (i cannot remember her name) helped distract him. There were no tears and it took maybe 15-20 minutes from walking in the door to returning to my car! I would highly recommend this facility for anyone needing lab work.
