Don’t even bother with this store. Chicken was super dry, biscuits were hard..worst kfc experience me and my family has had. We ordered 12pc and it was overly cooked and the Pieces looked weird.. definitely wasn’t edible. Will never be going back to this KFC again.

Came here for the first time and was taken care of by Ethan. He did a great job dealing with our changing orders, and he was very pleasant and good-natured. The food was good, but we'll be back especially because of the service we received!

Made order with no pickle. Was happy to be driving on the road eating hot fry’s because it’s easier to eat while driving… park my car at the waterfront to see sandwich was made incorrectly. It’s a waste of gas to drive back for the refund but I already lost my appetite so decided to do so. What should of been a simple sorry and refund to my card wasn’t. Manager had a major attitude at the speaker asking me what was wrong with order. At window he had to call someone above him to approve a refund due to order being wrong. Person on phone suggested to only refund price for sandwich because I ate the fries. Oh no. No offer to remake sandwich or apology just a simple reminder to check bag before I drive away. Thanks for the tip I guess.

5/24/22 husband spent $38.44 for 12 pcs chicken and 3 large sides. Chicken was supposedly cooked to order but it was well done and not juicy at all. Would NEVER order here again!
