What a great experience! I popped in unannounced today to inquire about pricing and after asking me a few simple questions to assess my needs, rather than simply quoting a price, Dawn offered to show me a unit that she believed would best suit my needs. While viewing the unit, Dawn continued to provide me with all of the information that I needed to know, especially as a first time renter. She even made suggestions for placement of items to help maximize the space, instead of trying to upsell a larger unit. Dawn was personable, professional, attentive, informative and honest. The facility is in a great location and appears to be clean and secure. Pricing seems fair and reasonable for an inside, temperature controlled storage facility. I'm glad I popped in instead of making a reservation online. It was a great experience! Thanks Dawn!

Def would use them any time! We rented a small unit, then had to upgrade it to put all of our stuff in storage when selling our house, and in the end needed to call for a last minute additional unit. Every rental went entirely smooth. Dawn was amazing, friendly, and fast in getting us exactly what we needed over the phone. Renting with Extra Space was really convenient and professional too. So refreshing among a usually stressful time like moving.
