Always did a great job. I moved out of state but have family in the area. I have always looked forward to going to see Mike when I am in the area. Until one day he just decided that he didn't want to cut my hair. Very disappointing when you have plans and expected to get your hair cut. It wasn't like he was busy. His service level and attentiveness to his customers is falling fast. But always did a great job. I was a customer for life.

I had been to Mike about 20 times and all of a sudden 1 day he became extremely rude to me. I am a big man,and he was more worried about his 1000 dollar chairs,or so he said they were that much, than he was about me,a valued customer. I weigh less than I did when I first went there and he never questioned me before. He had the nerve to ask me if im going to fit in his chair. How dare you.Football players weigh way more than I do,you think they dont get haircuts???? Thats such bad business. First of all,you give 10 minute haircuts,who cares about the chair. Id rather sit on concrete for 10 minutes for the haircut than have you insult me because your chairs are so expensive. You lost me and all my friends forever !!!!!
