Walked into store and before I could put package down manager said he would not take UPS package. If they don’t want to do UPS shipping they should remove the sign. Employee asked if he had to send me away w/ a package that weighed 52lbs. Thanks for the horrible service

Got harassed by two employees for not wearing a mask due to my medical condition and religious exception. I will have to keep visiting you guys almost on a daily basis until you start upholding the constitution and get use to me not wearing a mask.

I have had documents made and did my own copies and i see reviews on having to out your card in and yes it pre approves min $5 but you only get charged for what you have done( look at your receipt ) . If unsure you can ask and of course if it's busy please wait your turn as they will help you . If you feel help is unprofessional or impolite ( anywhere) let management know or ask employee if they're ok sometimes we all snap and it has nothing to do with you . Also be patient as workers do their best to help you and can get overwhelmed with those who feel they are the only people in store.
