i hate this location. i’ve been there an hour and half before they closed, and they didn’t have chicken. today my husband ordered and was delivered old chicken thru uber eatz. you try and call and they never answer. the ppl there are so lazy at night. they turn the lights off early, or they stop cooking. don’t go there past 5pm.

Wow! $5.19 for a little more gravey for my potatoes and an extra biscuit. I could have gotten another whole meal! Smh by the manager nevertheless 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 and now going on the 4th straight Spanish song blaring on the radio🤯 guess it’s obvious why all the employees are standing around on their cell phones and not one other customer in the restaurant or drive through. This guy is running this place into the ground! I rarely post derogatory or elaborate local restaurant reviews but this time hopefully the powers that be see, and the goal being not to fire anyone but especially in a underperforming location “remind” employees the importance of each persons satisfaction, who walks in their doors.

Idk what the hours are to any KFC location! You call any and all numbers to find out. The recording says your party can’t be reached at this time leave a message! Decided to go thur the drive thur bc hours clearly states on the front door open til midnight. This was at 10:30 pm lights on inside, 2 cars in the parking lot and no one is there. Call 1800 call KFC after 12 minutes they hang up on you. Call back wait another 12 minutes and they tell you the extension you’re trying to reach is unavailable to leave a message. Are KFC closed for good!!?? Where can a go or call to find out!? Looks like this place can be crossed off the list. No one cares anymore.

On my way back home westbound 495 I was starving and looking for a quick stop to grab some food but while driving a big truck you can’t pull in everywhere but this is KFC has the perfect big Parking lot! And it’s easy to get into from 495. The food was good on this location.
