Purchased bumpers from an employee inside the service department. Advertised them as new. Went to the dealership to pick them up. Got them home and saw they were used and scratched. Went to return them and they refused to accept them. Do not do business with them. They don't stand behind the products they sell. Scam artists.

Hi Marie -There is no definitive time. Once in the shop it can take from 1/2 hour to 1 1/2 hours to complete. An appointment is required. You can call the service department 516-333-2666 to schedule an appointment.
