After searching through many jewelry sites for a specific style, I was impressed at how good the quality was and how low the price was. So, I Bought a couple gifts for some of my girl friends for their college graduation at Florida State. Delivery was quick, customer service was impeccable, and they helped me choose the perfect piece for them. They were absolutely thrilled with what they got. Thank you Hippiechic Team for being so helpful.

Giving a rating of 1 is purely due to the lovely selection of jewelry. As someone who has ordered internationally, it was unfortunate that I was met with horrible customer service (very rude tone, and not able to meet promises). If you are outside Miami, I do not recommend that you purchase from this store as it will give you a headache. There is no tracking system or notifications sent by the company. I have asked for a refund, and after they told me it would arrive yesterday, it still hasn’t today. I truly feel scammed. I have not received my order or my money! Also, to amplify the immaturity, they have either restricted me or blocked me from the Instagram account. I do not know what I did to deserve it, all I did was ask about updates on my order. I hope this issue can be solved ASAP.
