You must speak Spanish to feel like you fit in. First thing I was advised by my sales lady is that the ticket price are not the actual cost it’s less” . My sales lady was not willing to negotiate $1200 down to $1000– and I walked out. Not good business 👎

I want everyone to know how Amazing!!! My experience was. This was my first time in this location (285 NW 27th Ave Ste 12 Miami FL 33125) but definitely not the last. I want to thank Claudia, Anabel, Yuliel & Camelia for their outstanding approach & enthusiasm, I was looking for something specific and all of them help me find it. Also went above and beyond to customized the piece to my specifications. I will be coming back, they have a customer for life. I really mean this. In the years I’ve been interacting with jewelry stores, I encountered very few like this one. I have no doubt these ladies are the best of the best at what they do. They had the right attitude and the will to go above and beyond to help me as a customer. I don't usually do reviews, but in this case, I felt everyone needed to know it was the PERFECT experience. Hopefully the company will recognize their efforts and talents, that I know impact so many of us on a daily basis. Quiero agradecer a Claudia, Anabel, Yuliel & Camelia por su enfoque y entusiasmo sobresalientes, estaba buscando algo específico y todas ellas me ayudaron a encontrarlo. También fueron más allá de lo normal para personalizar la pieza a mis especificaciones. Volveré, tienen un cliente de por vida. Lo digo en serio. En los años que he estado interactuando con joyerías, me he encontrado con muy pocas como ésta. No tengo ninguna duda de que estas damas son las mejores de las mejores en lo que hacen. Tenían la actitud correcta y la voluntad de ir más allá para ayudarme como cliente. No suelo hacer reseñas, pero en este caso, sentí que todos necesitaban saber que era la experiencia PERFECTA. Esperemos que la empresa reconozca sus esfuerzos y talentos, que sé que nos impactan a muchos de nosotros a diario. Gracias señoras por todo, mi esposa estaba súper emocionada con su nueva pieza gracias a todas ustedes.

The most unprofessional workers I’ve ever seen in a jewelry store, Very hard to communicate with employees at Ariel jewelry #4 when they do not understand English. Even worse after turning down multiple offers I decided to see if we could work out a deal which included exchanging the chain I purchased the day prior for $1300 along with a 14k gold chain I had for my daughter for even trade for a chain they had in store. After passing the chain through the glass it was taken to the back room of the store, when they came back they told me the chain weighed 4.6 grams and knowing from the previous Ariel jewelry store#1 we had visited to make an exchange first, they had weighed the chain at 7.2g right in front of us. I’ve been buying and selling jewelry for almost 45 years and never have had such a terrible experience. Whatever you do don’t fall for there tricks they’ll scam You and take your money. Go to down town you’ll get a much better deal. And if you are not a fluent Spanish speaker don’t even waste your time find someone that can understand you.😠🤥
