I went to Las Villa’s Jewelry hialeah store on W 29th St across from Filer Middle in December and upgraded My Wife’s Wedding Ring for our 10th year anniversary and in a couple weeks one of her diamonds fell off and she was devastated, So I went to the main store in SW 8th St and spoke with YANEISIS and explained what happened, She was very professional and understanding and she inspected the ring with a magnifying loop and she determined that it was a factory defected ring so she said to me, I appreciate your honesty and thank you for not lying and she said excuse me for a second so I did, She went over to her manager a tall thin cuban young guy (El Flako) and she spoke to him in front of me and explained to him what we discussed and he told her to go ahead and replace my wife’s ring with a brand new one of the same gold weight and same ct in diamonds so she told me not to worry that they will replace it with a new one same size no charge and gave me a receipt and put in the order and gave me about 1 month time frame so she calls me 1 week earlier than the expected time and I picked up my wife’s new ring and it was perfect so I told her that I would come back in a few months to buy myself a new chain which I did go back to her a few months later at the SW 8th St store and told her that they have exactly what I’m looking for at the W 29th St store and I wanted to buy it but from her and she told me ok no problem and that she will be at that store the next day to cover for her co worker so I told her I’ll be there at noon so when I get there I showed her which one I wanted and she gave me a great deal for going back to her and it was a great discount compared to the price I was previously given from her other co worker who was just doing her job and trying to maximize (I get it I’m also in sales). My Wife is very happy still with her very well deserved 10th anniversary upgraded wedding ring which I proudly picked out for her and I’m also very happy with my new very well deserved chain. Thank you Las Villa’s Jewelry and Thank You to the young thin manager (Flako) for giving the approval which was the right thing to do and a special thank you to YANEISIS for being so helpful, professional, patient, understanding and for going the extra mile in detail in rolling out the red carpet for me and my family in giving us an amazing experience, You are a true professional and I will definately recommend you to everyone I know and I’ll be back before this year ends to upgrade my wedding ring and get my wife her custom anklet like we spoke about. I purchased a 10K 13mm 24 inch Miami Cuban link chain. The chain came out perfect! The prices were fair and I worked with Jeaneth who was very professional and kept me infromed on what was going on. I will defiantly go back to Las Villas for my next piece!!

I ordered online an 18k Cuban bracelet in December got it in February which is fine it’s handmade I did try to message to check the order status out of excitement and curiosity deff not trying to rush. Fast forward received my bracelet lit beautiful and I noticed they didn’t stamp the gold purity which kinda made me disappointed I did reach out sent me a return label I just don’t feel comfortable Sending it back through USPS I wear my bracelet a lot and I noticed a little fading on the bottom of the clasp. & no I haven’t checked with a local jeweler not even weighted I’ll get to it someday. This review is to just share my experience with las villas the bracelet is beautiful but I guess quality control they are lacking
