Had a reservation for the restaurant across the street to celebrate my birthday. After sitting for 30 minutes with no acknowledgment we went across the street to Capital Grille. They did not have any reservations but made room for my husband and I and we were seated and waited on within 10 minutes. They even had a nice birthday card, confetti, and a free yummy crème brûlée cheesecake for dessert. We have had a rough couple of months (my husband was just diagnosed with very aggressive cancer) and they were able to make us feel special. Thank you so much for the great food and service and for making my birthday special!

There is a parking garage right next to it. If you park on a higher level there are stairs that put you right by the entrance. Free parking.
It's a good idea unless you are going at "off" time. It's a popular place.
They will be Closed on Christmas Day. On Christmas Eve, they are usually open but sometimes close early. Considering Christmas Eve is on a Sunday this year, when they are usually only open until 9:00p, they will not be open late regardless.
Stay at the table and away from everyone with covid
There is plenty of free parking next door in a parking structure. Yes it can get crowded some times, but I've never not been able to find a space. The restaurant will be moving, I can't remember the date, so if you're not going soon, check the location to be sure. UPDATE: they have since moved, and no longer have the parking structure next to the building. However, there is on-street parking, parking lots available nearby, plus valet parking.

If you have a reservation, you can take one of the bar tops.
I would definitely not use Google reviews for help. The Capital Grille will likely see this, which could possibly hurt your job opportunity. Consult with a tax expert; they might offer some sound advice.
