Ordered steak tips and eggs. Got a cooked piece of dirty sponge. It was hairy, wet and smelled like dish liquid and mold. The server tried to explain how “fresh” their mushrooms and insisted it was dirt instead ! Wow. Was that supposed to be better? Zero sympathy or apologies after I mentioned it, just took it off the check and carried on.

It was horrible from just the pickup. The server looked at me and continued looking around when my order was bagged up already visible for me to see and that I had to actually point where it was while ppl were staring looking at me. Then I looked at my omelette and the way it looked was horrible. Especially when I received service from another ihop in flushing with better quality. Never will I return there. It’s horrible when the service and the food sucks.
