The food and service is great. The 1 issue is they seem to only use one waiter. There's bus people setting tables and wandering while the waiter takes the orders, gets the drinks, delivers the orders... and we've waited on drinks for awhile when it seems the rest of the staff could be helping with that.

The Rancho burger was still raw. Very disappointed for as many time I ate here. update a few hrs later thank you for food poisoning. Not feeling well at all thanks I told the older gentlemen about it and all he said was well this is Mexican restaurant not a buyer place. Kinda disrespectful and still charged me never ask if he can fix it. Please be careful eating at this restaurant because now I have food poisoning.

We dined right before closing. Yt the food was hot and fresh. And service as friendly as if we were the first customers!

My 10 year old accidently left her phone at the table, we walked back 5 min later and the owner was so rude I don't even have words. The food is bland, the service was a joke, like they've never had a busy Saturday night before. No drink refills, soggy burritos, old rice, tasteless beans, even the chips and salads is bland. Coming from Phoenix AZ and having spent much time in Mexico I can honestly say this place is a joke. Just cliche garbage. Taco time has tastier food then this place does. Sorry you guys only seems to have 2 choices for sit down Mexican food in this awesome town, this one is a bust. Hope the other one is better. Won't ever be back.
