My daughter and I came to the Everett location to make a purchase. We were ignored for over an hour while everybody coming in after were being helped. The only reason being that I suspect is that we were both in work clothes and likely didn't look like we were going to buy anything. This has overall been quite an unpleasant experience with the absolute worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I have been a loyal Kay's Jeweler customer for over 15 years. I can honestly say that i will no longer shop at this business and will make it known to all persons that I know looking to make a purchase of their terrible customer service and rude behavior.

Ordered a piece of jewelry only to have it canceled because of a lack of inventory. Offering items online that you don’t have is not a good way to keep customers. Went with Zales instead

Ilene helped me out tonight finding an engagement ring within my budget. It took us around 45 mins to find the right thing. I had a lower budget, but she made it work. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend anyone who is thinking about Kay’s to go find her. ❤️

I went in tonight to find a pair of diamond studs for my boyfriend as a Christmas gift. Brooke immediately greeted me and was really fun to work with. She was very patient and carefully showed me all my options for my budget and other options for financing if I decided I wanted something that was out of my cash budget tonight.
