Good customer service and I was in and out within 30 minutes (other dealers waist all of your day). The bad: No price negotiation, they charged me on everything to the max. Supply and demand, it will come back to bite them in the future when the tables are turned (sorry but this deserves at least one star off).

Very poor customer service and disrespectful. My wife went in there with my son to up grade from his 140klx to a 250. My son just sold his bike and has been saving his cash to buy a new bike. They treated them like they had no idea about dirt bikes let alone them having money to be able to buy one. Wile “sitting” behind a desk not able to get up and out of their chair to help. Their loss on a sale of a new bike. Taking our cash somewhere else.

Stopped in recently to have a look around and talk to someone about possibly buying a new bike and to consider my options. I'm not super up to speed on current sport bikes but I've been wanting an upgrade from my RC390 to something a bit bigger, maybe in the 600 class. Noah helped me out and gave me a lot of helpful information on pros and cons of different bikes including capabilities, rider aids, etc. Unfortunately due to shipping issues everywhere, they didn't have an R7 in stock (nor does anyone else!) which is what I really wanted to look at but they'll be giving me a call when one shows up so I can drop by and check it out. These guys were great to deal with and I felt no pressure to buy anything, they just seemed genuinely interested in helping me find something that I like, that'll suit my needs. Here's to hoping for the best!

I have to give these gentlemen 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! I was touring from Marysville WA, to San Diego CA on Friday 6/24 when I encountered a rear tire blowout 41 miles into my trip while on my 04 Honda Shadow Sabre. I struggled getting a tow company to get me over to them but rest assured these guys were ready for me when I decided to arrive! The staff at Tacoma Motorsports worked fast and efficiently as soon as I arrived & got me back on the road. They also saw I needed new rear brakes in the process and took care of that which I NEEDED a few 100 miles later! The fine workers of this establishment knew how important it was for me to get back on the road as quickly as possible & they did not disappoint. They were friendly, kind, professional, easy to talk to and had my best interest at heart. Thank you Tacoma Motorsport. Whole heartedly, thank you! ☯️💜
