Doggy Come Play: Daycare

I walk by regularly and do not understand why this place has a 4.4 star. Every time I pass by I hear the employees screaming and I mean screaming at dogs. I read reviews saying "my dog is always excited to come" but any dog would be excited to go to a place where they get to run around all day and play with other dogs. Animals do not have voices so they can't communicate the way they are being mistreated so please do not be a naive pet owner and do not take your animal here. It breaks my heart.

Been bringing our dog here for years and absolutely love everything about them, the staff, location and that they genuinely care about each dog. Roslyn always comes home happy and sleepy from playing all day.

I cannot express how much my lulu loves it here! She’s got all her doggo friends there and the staff! Omg she loves so much!! She’s always so excited to get out the car! I can’t imagine taking her to any other place!!

I will admit that my dog loves to go here but my issue is with the way they treat their pet owners and not the pets. We have been good customers for a while now and when we needed a little help they fell far short. Instead of coming up with a solution to help us they just quoted "policy" and even lied about a conversation I had previously had with the manager. I hate business's that throw the rule book at you instead of trying to help you. My dog will miss playing here but I hope the owners will miss our money a bit more.
