My experience with their service department was outstanding, Kayla was helpful and very knowledgeable. Another service associate, Glen, was there to help me as well. There was no charge to service a problem with my window (Kayla got me in for the repair the day I called) and while I was there they gave me a very good price on tires, this just does not happen at non-Subaru dealerships in my experience. I have had my Outback serviced at several dealerships around the country and they have all been excellent. Dwayne's team was a notch above.

Overwhelmingly positive buying experience. Everything was quick and explained very well to me. Joel was quick to respond to my questions and got answers for me quickly. Elmer did an amazing job going over everything regarding the finances. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the market for a Subaru.

Not sure if these guys are incompetent or make stuff up, or both. Maybe they are good at fixing new Subarus, but not older ones. I made the mistake of thinking Dwayne Lane's Subaru service center would be the way to go when my 2002 Subaru Forester with only 154k miles wouldn't start. Had it towed in and they replaced the starter $555 (Dec 2020), then only 4 months later (Apr 2021) same issue car wont start. Have it towed back in, Dwayne Lane tells me the starter was faulty and it killed my battery, so they replace the starter but still charge me $230 for a new battery! Then 9 months later (Jan 2022) again same issue my car wont start. Foolishly I take it back to Dwayne Lane's Subaru. This time takes the cake though. Despite having made an appointment for Monday morning (dropped my car off Sunday night), when I call at the end of the work day on Monday to see if my car is ready I am told that "they haven't gotten to it yet." Unfortunate, but okay. Tuesday I call twice at the end of the day, only to get put on hold and end up talking to various voice mails. Finally I reach somebody Wednesday morning, to find out that my spark plugs are totally corroded and that is why my car wont start. Also they inform me that the head gasket is leaking ($3000+), the transmission pan is leaking ($545+), and both front axle boots are cracked ($377+). I say to just fix the spark plugs. Then an hour later I get called again that also the spark plug wires are in terrible shape and those need to be replaced as well. Costs me $568 to get the spark plugs and wires replaced and it took 3 days! What baffles me is that these professionals apparently did not notice all of these issues the other two times they had the car, and I guess were not looking at all possible reasons why the car wont start, which is interesting since they charge such a high rate to even diagnose issues. Needless to say I took my car to another shop and had them look at it. They said the Head gasket was fine, but the transmission pan and axle shafts should be fixed as well as a few other minor issues, which they had all done for me by the end of the day since I had dropped my car of the night before, so they could check the head gasket while totally cold. Anyway I felt like Dwayne Lane just wanted to ring up the bill to try and get me to trade in my car or something. Either way I do not recommend them. Wont be going back, and would recommend not doing business with them.

Joel is AMAZING!! He is the best car salesman. He went above and beyond to help me purchase my first ever new car. I was anxious about the process but he made it so easy. If you buy a car from any of the Dwayne lanes in skagit you have to ask for Joel! I previously went to another cars lot in Marysville to get info on new subarus and the salesman there did not impress me much. I would send any of my friends or family to Joel because how thorough and patient he is! Thanks to Joel I purchased the car I've wanted to for years!!
