Despite never having Science Diet and the Free and Clear Tidy Cats litter in stock, as well as employing the most disinterested unhelpful employees, that's not why I am writing this. Today my dog was turned away for grooming services due to groomers and petco employees thinking they are veterinarians/have any basic knowledge of pathophysiology. The manager at this location is offensive and insinuated that I do not take care of my dog, when in fact her care is closely managed by a specialist at Yale. He also poked fun at my eye condition in front of multiple people. I was embarrassed and mortified, not to mention angry that my dog is being turned away for no reason. I will never return to this location and will escalate the experience.

Great staff and a clean store is all you could ask from a pet shop, and they've got both! While I wouldn't typically recommend buying pets at a big chain store, I've managed to find the occasional rarity in the fish department and everything I've picked up here has been healthy and is now thriving 😁

The groomers really care and are good! Easy to get an appointment! Lots of available hour selections and loads of special services to choose from. I have Waldo (English Creme) who is 12 and loves his baths. Pax (English Black Lab) is 10 and loves the attention. Don't forget to tip!
