Terrible experience overall. The pizza was delivered cold and tasted like it had been sitting somewhere for a while; definitely not fresh at all. Both my wife and I ended up experiencing an upset stomach after eating this pizza, and couldn't even finish the whole pie due to the poor quality and taste. Terrible experience overall unfortunately, and it's not the first time this has happened at this specific location.

Regarding the Newark Ave location: I made an order online, received a text stating that door dash will be delivering our order. The order status was on preparing your meal, then on the way along with a text stating on their way. I live less than 3 miles away from this location. It took two hours and when I was inquiring about the order, a young lady said, “you’re the order with the soda right?” I reluctantly and with confusion said Yes. She said they just left (mind you they said it was already on their way). My boyfriend went to look outside and the box was on my cement stairs in a very public area aingleft there for an unknown amount of time. All I kw is it was cold! I called to nicely inform them that we was not notified, called , nor updated via the website that the delivery was made. I spoke to a young man who apologized and gave a $20 credit on my next order. He says that I somehow I have 2 accounts but to ask for him if I don’t see the credit on my acct. 2weeks later, I attempted to place another order thinking this time will be ok. I did not see the credit and called several times. Longer story short no one in the local store answered the phone. After several rings, the call goes to an outside person that tries to take your order. I told them about the discount and complaint from the previous service, they kept transferring me to a que that looped me back to the same people over and over again. This lasted for an hour now (yes I’m currently typing while on hold)!! I’m extremely disappointed! Never Again!

The staff was dirty and unprofessional. They told me 15 minutes for my order I waited 45 minutes to come to find out my order was ready and they never advised me until I asked about it. The 2 giggling girls was having a good time with there personal life...never go to this place

This place always seems to get my order wrong, their delivery is insanely slow, or both. I once ordered pizza and pasta for delivery, and it took 2 and a half hours for my order to arrive despite the location being only 3 or 4 miles from my house. And when it did arrive, it was the wrong pasta and the wrong pizza toppings. I called them to fix it, which of course took another 2 hours to arrive. Against my best judgment, I ordered from them again tonight for carryout through their mobile website. I arrived to find most of the toppings were missing from my pizza. I showed the pizza to the location's associate to explain their error, but he attempted to act clueless about it and then tried to shift the blame onto me by claiming that I removed those toppings from my order before placing it. His tune changed quickly when I showed him the email receipt that detailed EXACTLY what toppings my pizza was supposed to include. The location was about to close for the night, so they couldn't remake my pizza, so the associate tried correcting the issue by adding some of the missing toppings and putting back it in the oven again, but this made the crust stiff and dry. Overall, I was terribly annoying that they still can't get their act together at this location. I won't be ordering from them again.

when I bought pizza I go somewhere else because the service of that place is very bad they take forever to finish a orders. I like pizza hut but i rather not to go there i order from other places
