The SLOWEST “fast food” restaurant EVER! If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. Waited on line for 13mins (with three cars in front of me) for one oatmeal. Once I finally reach the window the young man was blowing his nose.. at that point, I had to pull off because that made me sick to my stomach. Definitely a lesson learned to never go to this McDonald’s before work. Ridiculously enough I’ve been to this McDonald’s in the past (about a month or two ago) and I had the same experience being that this is the closest fast food restaurant to my job BUT NEVER AGAIN.

This is by far the #1 McDonalds in the area. Normally we do app orders and curbside pickup. The food is ALWAYS hot, fresh and made exactly how we order it. I am also an Uber Eats driver and have done countless pickups here, and not one time have I had to wait more than 1 minute. The staff is wonderful, attentive, and it is always service with a smile.

Most time customers service is very rude. So this time I ordered the 2 for $6 special, as I drove by I saw on the window out side and the sign in the store in front the register, but my order came to $10 for 2 sandwiches, I said to the cashier it should be $6.. she called the manager and they started speaking Spanish totally disregarded me, tell cashier no, I showed the sign she came out and turn the sign around and refused to honor me what the sign said..(see sign in pics below) guess that would be my last time going there always something. But rude , not going to spend my money there.

Very disappointing. Crispy chicken sandwich was burnt. Probably didn’t change or clean the oil. Couldn’t even eat this. I ordered this food Thursday May 27, 2021 at 12:30 PM. When I confronted the manager about this matter he gave me a refund and he also laughed. Yeah very funny serving customers burnt chicken. He was unapologetic and seem to not care. The manager and the staff who is responsible for the fryer should all be terminated. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you like burnt food.
