I went to Camping World to help a client start their search for a new camper. We were greeted by Logan, and she was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We had questions around just about every aspect of different vehicles and she answered them thoroughly. She followed up after our visit with information on the campers and trailer we looked at, and made sure we didn’t have any other questions. We then heard from Jacqueline who made it clear that they would be here for my clients at any time. I had been searching for a couple years for my first rv. Stopped by Camping World in Hatfield even though they didn’t have exactly what I was looking for listed online. I met with Bob Allen who was such a pleasure to work with. He listened and only showed me those that fit my needs and then when they turned out to be a bit too large for me he showed me something that he thought I might like. It was exactly what I’ve been on the hunt for! The process was fairly easy. They were able to fit me right in the following day for the demo and I took it home 5 days later! Communication between departments seemed a little off but everyone was so nice and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to a friend.
