The trash pickup crews are hardworking and professional. The big problem with this company is their failure to provide customers with information about their services. Their website has no information about exactly what services they offer and at what price. After calling several times and getting vague answers, I finally did get them to specify what each kind of service and each size of container costs. Supposedly what we were getting was a change from before although we have been doing everything exactly the same. Apparently that triggered a change in which day they pick up the trash and recycling although they never informed us of this change. They just need to provide customers with the information that any decently run company provides.

Their ability to communicate service schedules has been consistently unreliable. In order to see a pickup schedule, you have to register on their website, which is unprofessionally maintained. Malfunctions of the web site have consistently prevented me from registering, which is in any event an unnecessary requirement just for getting a pickup schedule calendar. (I'm a software professional, so I'm not confused). Changes in scheduling have been poorly communicated. I like the single stream recycling - or would, if it was dependable. The obvious solution is to send out a paper calendar each year and then stick by it. Or make it easily available on their website.

By far the worst company I have ever dealt with, period! Completely incompetent and rude office staff, unpredictable pick ups ( there was zero estimated time frame they got it whenever they wanted to you whichever we can be felt like despite paying for weekly pick up). They couldn't even properly schedule to pick up their own stuff after cancellation. I had to call and then found out that they didn't even schedule it despite telling me last week that they did.
