I won't be staying here anytime in the future. I stayed 5 nights and 6 days, my room wasn't cleaned at all during my stay and the supplies (soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc.) were NOT replenished. 3 of the 5 nights the room key card didn't open my room door, which required me to go back downstairs and get it fixed. The only positive thing was the buffet breakfast and coffee.

Facilities were clean, comfy, and quiet (considering close proximity to the airport). Staff was friendly and professional. They had fresh complimentary coffee at 3:30 a.m., so that was lovely.

Not what I expect from La Quinta. There was motor oil in the parking lot, as if someone service their vehicle and drained the oil onto the ground. The elevator was frightening. The initial smell of cleaners on the 5th floor and in my room was overwhelming, it gave me a headache. No blanket on the bed, only a sheet. No change at the front desk for the laundry. But I did have my own parking spot, thanks.

Positive: The hotel staff and shuttle service used by the hotel were amazing! The hotel's desk staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Being close to the airport was just what we were looking for. Negative: The bed and pillows were our least favorite thing about the hotel; both need to be updated.

At most locations of La Quinta hotels pets stay for free. Just let them know you're bringing your furbaby. 😁 Places like Manhattan do not allow furries. 💔
